What materials are your products made from ?

The majority of our items are made from recycled fabric. Our fabrics are created by recycling plastics that were previously used as packaging materials. These include plastic bottles, household cleaners & cosmetics.

What about your packaging ?

We send all of your items in biodegradable garment bags that are home compostable. 

Are your products ethically made ?

We are committed to fair work practices and procedures. All of our products are manufactured by a family run business that complies with the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI).

What if I want to return something ?

We will gladly exchange your item or issue you with store credit to the value of your order (excluding shipping). Please email us at: hello@mimikini.com within 14 days of your purchase. The item(s) must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.

Can I return a product I bought on sale ?

Please choose your items carefully as sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. 

Are returns free ?

The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to Mimi Kini for credit or exchange are at your own expense.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty ?

For faulty garments please email hello@mimikini.com so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. You will be compensated for postage in all faulty return circumstances. We will access the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued. 

How long does shipping take and what is the cost ?

We ship all our products via express post using DHL, Australia Post and USPS Priority Mail. Normal shipping times are between 2 - 4 business days and the cost is $10. Shipping is FREE if you spend over $100.

Where do you ship to ?

We ship worldwide. If you are unable to find your shipping destination please contact us to make arrangements.

How often do you restock items ?

We restock popular items regularly. The best way to be notified of restocks is to request a reminder on the product page of the style you're after. 

Will I always have to pay duties on my order ?

If you're based in Australia or North America then we have good news for you - you will not have to pay any duties. All International orders have duties that vary depending on your country. 

Can I use multiple discount codes on an order ?

Unfortunately not. You can only use one discount code per order. 

How do I care for my Mimi Kini ?

All our suits are made with high quality fabrics so please treat them with tender loving care. Hand wash with cold soapy water they lay flat to dry in the shade.
